Notify Bionic Customer Support
It is unknown whether DerbySoft is able to deliver scheduled reports. However, you are able to download results and email for automated processing.
If you opt to automate the reporting delivery, Bionic Customer Support will need to create an email address for your reports to be delivered to.
Here is what we need to get the process started:
- In DerbySoft, find your Account Number. This will be the account number for your company's instance of DerbySoft, not a specific Client number.
- Send the Account Number via email to support@bionic-ads.com or your CSM.
- Bionic Customer Support will complete the set up of the email address and notify you. The email address will in a format similar to:
*******@marketing-performance-monitoring.com
Set Up DerbySoft Report

- Name the report clearly, such as Bionic Daily Performance Results.
