If you opt to automate the reporting delivery, Bionic Customer Support will need to create an email address for your reports to be delivered to.

Here is what we need to get the process started:

  1. In Infomedia, find your Account Number. This will be the account number for your company's instance of Infomedia, not a specific Client number.

  2. Send the Account Number via email to support@bionic-ads.com or your CSM.

  3. Bionic Customer Support will complete the set up of the email address and notify you. The email address will in a format similar to:

    *******@marketing-performance-monitoring.com
