      Create Flowcharts

      Here is how to create flowcharts for advertisers, sub-advertisers and campaigns in Bionic for Agencies.

      Flowcharts provide a highly customizable breakdown of your media plan(s) that can be exported into several formats.  Flowcharts can be viewed by campaign, sub-advertiser, and advertiser to provide you any level of breakdown you need.

      Create Flowcharts for a Campaign

      A flowchart is automatically generated when a media plan for a campaign is created. The flowchart drives off the data from the media plan and will display the media plan in an easy to view visual flowchart. Here is how to view the flowchart of a campaign:

      1. Open the campaign you wish to create a flowchart for.
      2. Click on the Flowchart tab.

      Create flowcharts for an Advertiser or Sub-advertiser

      In addition to having a flowchart view on the Campaign level, Bionic also automatically creates flowcharts on the Advertiser and Sub-advertiser level. Here is how to access Advertiser and Sub-advertiser level flowcharts:

      1. From the homepage, click on Advertisers tab.
      2. Select an Advertiser or Sub-advertiser.
      3. Click Flowchart tab.

      NOTE: This display will show all content for the selected advertiser and any sub-advertisers beneath it. If applicable, you can limit to just the selected advertiser by deselecting the Include Sub-advertisers checkbox.

      Toggle Between Advertiser and Sub-advertiser Flowcharts

      You can also use the navigation panel to access another Advertiser or Sub-advertiser's flowchart. Here is how to toggle between flowcharts:

      1. While in the flowchart tab, Expand the navigation panel.
      2. Select the Advertiser or Sub-advertiser you want to display flowcharts for.

      Configure Your Flowchart

      Once you are on the flowchart tab, you have the ability to configure your flowchart to the view you would like to see and customize.
