This contract is agreed to as part of the account activation process. You can print this for your records. ### Notes about this contract Notes to anyone reviewing this agreement: 1. This is a software license agreement. (I mention this because agencies sometimes treat this as a work for hire contract) 2. This software license agreement is a standard contract for all of our customers. 3. Bionic does not store PII. Therefore, privacy-related issues are not relevant. 4. The contract is designed to be very fair to avoid legal concerns. I hope you find it easy to approve. 5. This contract is not negotiated on a one-off basis. Do not attempt to rewrite the contract. (Believe it or not, this happens from time to time.) 6. If you find a major problem, we will correct the contract for everyone. 7. This contract has already been through hundreds of reviews.
