This will prevent unintended changes from being made. As such, if you need to make changes to (or cancel) orders once they have been approved, you will need to revoke these orders, make the necessary changes, and then reapprove them. [Process Your Changes](https://help.bionic-ads.com/knowledge/handle-changes-to-existing-orders#ProcessYourChanges) ### Revoke Orders Individually When you have one-off orders that you need to make changes to, you can revoke them individually. 1. From the Orders tab, click on the **Order number** to enter into edit mode. 2. You can revoke them all at once. 1. In the Orders tab, select the **checkbox next to the orders** you would like to revoke. Or you can select the checkbox in the Header row to select all orders in the list. This is helpful when using a filter to narrow down the orders displayed. 2. In the Media Plan, make any **changes necessary to the placement data**. 2. In the Order, make any **changes necessary to the order**. 3. Once complete, [approve the order](https://help.bionic-ads.com/knowledge/approving-orders?hsLang=en). 4. Reissue the [insertion order](https://help.bionic-ads.com/knowledge/generate-insertion-orders?hsLang=en), if needed. Please keep in mind that service periods in an order are controlled by the dates on the placements in the line items tab. If you push the start date of a placement by a full month, that service period may be removed from that order.  Revoking an order does not impact any financials loaded to the order.  NOTE: Once an order is revoked, the Order Version will be updated in sequence.
