# Integrate with Celigo for Netsuite

## Here's how to Integrate with Celigo for Netsuite in Bionic for Agencies

Bionic integrates with Celigo to help streamline your Netsuite workflow. With Bionic, you are able to export your Approved Orders and Bills data to Celigo, allowing you to send that information through to your Netsuite instance.

### Add Integration

Here's how to add Celigo for Netsuite integration to your Bionic instance:

1. Click on **Company Name** at the top right.
2. Press **Administration**.
3. Select the **Integrations Tab**.
4. Click on the **Add Integration Button.**
5. Select **Celigo**.
6. Press **Next**.
7. Click **Add Integration**.

### Enable Integration

Here's how to enable Celigo for Netsuite integration to Bionic:

1. In Celigo, create a new **Celigo webhook endpoint.** *Note: You will need one each for Orders and Bills.*
2. Create a **Secret URL.**
3. Copy the **Public URL.**
4. In Bionic, go to the **Celigo Administration Panel**.
5. Click on **Connection**.
6. Enter the generated Celigo webook endpoints (Public URL) into the **Order URL** and **Bill URL** fields respectively. 
7. If successful, you should see a **Connected to Celigo!** message.

Export Orders

When you approve an order in Bionic and Celigo for Netsuite integration is enabled, the order will automatically be sent to Celigo.

NOTE: Please do **not reuse line items** that have already been transmitted to your accounting system in approved orders. Once transmitted, those lines are part of the accounting record, and reusing them can cause mismatches.

Instead, create a **new order with new line items** under the correct vendor. For ease, you may also **clone the original line items** into the new order rather than rebuilding them manually.

Accounting integrations may not always create a revision when identical line items are resent, and because behavior can vary by system, the safer approach is to create or clone new ones.

NOTE: If there were any approved orders that existed prior to configuring the integration, they will not be automatically sent.  Those orders will have to be manually exported, see the below section on how to.

### Manually Export an Order

For orders that existed prior to configuring integration or those that failed to export, you have the option to manually export an Order to Celigo. Here's how:

1. In Bionic Administration, click on **Integrations**.
2. Click on **Celigo for NetSuite**.
3.  Click on **Orders**.
4. Find the Order you wish to Export (or Re-Export) and click the **Export/Re-Export link**.

NOTE: You also have the option to Ignore specific Orders. Ignoring them will hide them from view.

TIP: You can also bulk Export Orders using the checkbox option to select multiple orders.

### Export Bills

When you create a bill in Bionic and Celigo for Netsuite integration is enabled, the bill will automatically be sent to Celigo.

### Manually Export a Bill

For bills that failed to export, you have the option to manually re-export a Bill  to Celigo. Here's how:

1. In Bionic Administration, click on **Integrations**.
2. Click on the **Celigo for NetSuite integration**.
3. Click on **Bills**.
4. Find the Bill you wish to Export (or Re-Export) and click the **Export/Re-Export link**.
