      Integrate with Celigo for Netsuite

      Here's how to Integrate with Celigo for Netsuite in Bionic for Agencies

      Bionic integrates with Celigo to help streamline your Netsuite workflow. With Bionic, you are able to export your Approved Orders and Bills data to Celigo, allowing you to send that information through to your Netsuite instance.

      In this article, we'll cover:

      Add Integration

      Here's how to add Celigo for Netsuite integration to your Bionic instance:

      1. Click on Company Name at the top right.
      2. Press Administration.
      3. Select the Integrations Tab.
      4. Click on the Add Integration Button.
      5. Select Celigo.
      6. Press Next.
      7. Click Add Integration.

      Here's how to enable Celigo for Netsuite integration to Bionic:

      1. In Celigo, Generate URLs from Celigo and copy the URLs.
      2. In Bionic, go to the Celigo Administration Panel.
      3. Click on Connection.
      4. Enter the generated Celigo URLs into the Order URL and Bill URL fields. 
      5. If successful, you should see a Connected to Celigo! message.

       

      Export Orders

      When you approve an order in Bionic and Celigo for Netsuite integration is enabled, the order will automatically be sent to Celigo.

      NOTE: If there were any approved orders that existed prior to configuring the integration, they will not be automatically sent.  Those orders will have to be manually exported, see the below section on how to.

      Manually Export an Order

      For orders that existed prior to configuring integration or those that failed to export, you have the option to manually export an Order to Celigo. Here's how:

      1. In Bionic Administration, click on Integrations.
      2. Click on Celigo for NetSuite.
      3.  Click on Orders.
      4. Find the Order you wish to Export (or Re-Export) and click the Export/Re-Export link.

      NOTE: You also have the option to Ignore specific Orders. Ignoring them will hide them from view.

      TIP: You can also bulk Export Orders using the checkbox option to select multiple orders.

      Export Bills

      When you create a bill in Bionic and Celigo for Netsuite integration is enabled, the bill will automatically be sent to Celigo.

      NOTE: If there were any approved bills that existed prior to configuring the integration, they will not be automatically sent.  Those bills will have to be manually exported, see below on how to.

      Manually Export a Bill

      For bills that failed to export, you have the option to manually re-export a Bill  to Celigo. Here's how:

      1. In Bionic Administration, click on Integrations.
      2. Click on the Celigo for NetSuite integration.
      3. Click on Bills.
      4. Find the Bill you wish to Export (or Re-Export) and click the Export/Re-Export link.
