It can be challenging to stay on top of what media is being run at any given point in time. Bionic for Advertisers helps you to monitor plan schedules by providing you with a quick view of not only what's running, but also the costs and results expected or achieved.
In this help article, we'll review how to access plan schedules and customize schedule views.

Access Plan Schedules
Schedules can provide a big picture overview down through placement level details, giving you greater insights to make better decisions.
The default schedule view will show you, across each of your campaigns, what is running this week - day by day - and how much spend is planned for each day.
NOTE: A heat map will help you easily visualize between high and low impact data points. There are 5 color variations that each represent a 20% data variation ranging from 0-100%. White representing 0-20% and dark pink 81-100%.
In Bionic for Advertisers, you can monitor plan schedules at the Organizational, Agency Team and Campaign level:
Schedules at the Organization Level
Schedules at the Organization Level will show campaign level data across all of your campaigns.
- On the Home Page, click on the Schedule Tab.
Schedules at the Agency Team Level
Schedules are available within the individual Agency Teams. This will roll up all of the campaigns created by that Agency Team.
- When viewing an Agency Team, click on the Schedule Tab.
Schedules at the Campaign Level
When viewing schedules at the campaign level, you are presented with placement level data.
- In a Campaign, click on the Schedule Tab.
Customize Schedule Views
The Schedule Tab in Bionic provide you the flexibility to look a variety of different data points across a specified time frame in a calendar view of your choice.
