Here’s how to manage your user profile and photo.
If ever you need to update your user profile information, you can access your user profile within your Bionic Planner Account. In this help article, we’ll cover:
- Initial Login
- Access Your User Profile
- Update Your User Profile
- Update Your Profile Photo
- Set Your Preferred Data Format
NOTE: If you need to change password, set notification preferences or give Bionic Support access to your account, update your user settings here: Manage Your User Settings.
Initial Login
The first time you login to Bionic you will be prompted to accept the Terms of Service. Here, you also have the option to update your profile photo and user information.
Here’s how to gain access to the platform during initial login:
- After reviewing the Terms of Service, click on the Checkbox.
- Optional: Add a Photo and/or update your user information.
- Click Save.
CAUTION: You will not be able to use Bionic until you agree to the Terms of Service. If you use close out the window or select Log Out, you will be logged out of Bionic.
Access Your User Profile
Here’s how to access your user profile page:
- Click on Your Name in the Upper Right Corner.
- Click on Edit Profile.
Update Your User Profile
Here is how to update your user profile:
- You can update your user profile by updating your information in the editable fields.
- When finished, click Save Changes.

Update Your Profile Photo
You can update your profile picture by:
- Add a Photo
- Replace a Photo
- Remove a Photo
Add a Photo
Here’s how to add a user photo:
- Click on the Add Photo.
- Choose an Image from Your Computer.
Replace a Photo
Here is how to replace a user photo:
- Click on the Replace Photo.
- Choose an Image from Your Computer.
Remove a Photo
Here’s how to remove a user photo:
- Click on the Remove Photo.
Set Your Preferred Data Format
Bionic supports a variety of different data formats to meet your specific requirements.
These settings will control how dates are displayed when you are logged into Bionic and any outputs generated through Bionic.
Here is how to set your own preferred date format:
- Choose from the list of available formats in the dropdown.
- Click Save Changes.
NOTE: This is setting your own preferred format. To set the Organization’s default date format, you may do so here: https://help.bionic-ads.com/knowledge/manage-your-organization-profile
NOTE: If you have a custom output, the format selected in your profile will not impact that output. If you need changes to this, contact Bionic Customer Support at support@bionic-ads.com or (603) 676-7285 Option 3.
