Why isn't my performance data showing up as expected?

Here's How to Fix Performance Data Issues in Bionic for Agencies.

Check Placement Data Source

After your performance data has been mapped, you should not have to change the placement's Primary Data Source, however, it is always a best practice to check this section if your data is not pulling through as expected.  Here's how to check Placement Data Source:

  1. In the Placement Digest column of a Media Plan, click on the Placement Name
  2. Click on the KPI Goals tab.
  3. In the Primary Data Source column confirm that it is the correct Data Source displayed.
  4. If not, using the Dropdown, select the correct Data Source.

Check Placement Source ID

If performance data is still not pulling through accurately, you will want to check to make sure the placement is "Included" and that the placement's Source ID is properly formatted. Here's how:

  1. In the media plan, go to the Implementation section.
  2. Locate the column of the Integration source
  3. If applicable, double check that the Source ID is correct and formatted properly. For example, If the Source ID includes dashes, be sure that dashes are also included when adding the Source ID to Bionic.

NOTE: A placement should be included even if a Source ID is not required. In this case, hover over the source ID cell and click the Include link in the of the placement to be included.
