Reload Your Bionic Workspace
Here's how to reload your Bionic workspace to view the most up-to-date information in Bionic for Agencies.
In Bionic for Agencies, updates to media plans, orders, vendors, and campaigns occur in real time. However, if changes were recently made by you or another user, the workspace may need to be reloaded in order to display the latest information.
If you notice that updates are not appearing, totals are not updating, or newly added items are not visible, reloading the workspace or refreshing your browser will usually display the most current data.
This article explains the different ways you can reload Bionic to ensure you are viewing the latest information.
