In Bionic for Agencies, updates to media plans, orders, vendors, and campaigns occur in real time. However, if changes were recently made by you or another user, the workspace may need to be reloaded in order to display the latest information. If you notice that updates are not appearing, totals are not updating, or newly added items are not visible, reloading the workspace or refreshing your browser will usually display the most current data. To reload the workspace: 1. Navigate to a **Media Plan**. 2. To refresh your browser: **Windows** Press **Ctrl + R** **Mac** Press **Command (⌘) + R** This reloads the current Bionic page and retrieves the most recent version of the data. ### Perform a Hard Refresh In some cases, your browser may temporarily store previously loaded page data. Performing a **hard refresh** forces the browser to load the most recent version of the page.
