Set Program Metadata

Here’s how to set Program metadata in Bionic for Agencies.

Bionic enables you to set metadata on the Program level. For Programs, metadata may represent a standardized name or ID utilized in another platform, such as a financial system or reporting tool.

To enable metadata fields on the Program level, you first must create a custom field.

Once you have created custom field(s) with Program as the Object Type, you’ll then be able to set your program metadata.

Here, we’ll cover how to:

  1. View Program Metadata
  2. Configure Metadata

View Program Metadata

Program metadata fields are shown under the Metadata section in the Overview tab of a Program card and in the Programs Tab of a Vendor card.

  1. In the Programs Tab of a Vendor, click on the checkbox(es) next to the Program Name.
  2. Press Edit Metadata.
  3. Configure your Metadata.
  4. Click Save.
