Why am I receiving a duplicate source ID error when I haven't used this source ID before?

If you receive an error that your source ID has already been used, please gather the necessary data to Bionic Customer Support so we may identify where this ID may have been used previously and resolve the issue as appropriate. This article will detail what you need to send to Bionic Customer Support and how to do so.

Gather Necessary Data

In order for Bionic Customer Support to troubleshoot, we'll need a few items.

  1. Go to the Media Plan you want to add a Source ID to. In your web browser's URL field, copy the URL link.
  2. Get the Placement's Bionic ID Number.
  3. Have on hand the Source ID giving the duplicate ID error message.
