If you receive an error that your source ID has already been used, please gather the necessary data to Bionic Customer Support so we may identify where this ID may have been used previously and resolve the issue as appropriate. Go to the Media Plan you want to add a Source ID to. In your web browser's URL field, copy the **URL link**. 2. Get the Placement's **Bionic ID Number**. 3.
