If you receive a duplicate source ID error, you need to contact Bionic Customer Support with three pieces of information: the Media Plan's URL, the Placement's Bionic ID Number, and the Source ID triggering the error. The support team will identify where that ID was previously used and resolve the conflict. This article explains what to gather and how to submit it.   ### Table of Contents: 1. Go to the Media Plan you want to add a Source ID to. In your web browser's URL field, copy the **URL link**. 2. Get the Placement's **Bionic ID Number**. To find it, open the Media Plan, locate the placement row, and look for the Bionic ID column. If the column is not visible, right-click any column header to add it to the view. 3.
