Why can't I see an RFP that was emailed to me?

Here's how to fix issues with accessing RFPs in Bionic for Ad Sales.

In Bionic for Ad Sales, RFP's will be available within your Bionic account.  If you are expecting to receive an RFP but it is missing in your RFP Tab, there are a few things to double check. In this article, we'll cover how to fix issues related to missing RFPs in your account:

Confirm You're an RFP Recipient

If you have received an email advising you that an RFP is waiting for you, first confirm who the email is from.  If it came directly from Bionic, then next step is to check your filters.  If the email notification was forwarded from a co-worker, then you will need to add the RFP by an Activation Code to view the RFP.

Check Your Filters

If you are unable to find an RFP, it could be as simple as configuring or removing filters in the RFP Tab.

    Add an RFP by an Activation Code

    If you received an email, or were forwarded an email, advising that you have an RFP waiting, that email will include an activation code.
