If you have received an email from Bionic instructing you to activate your Bionic for Ad Sales account but are having issues completing activation, this help article will help you troubleshoot those issues.

Check Your Activation Code
It's important to note that when receiving an RFP in Bionic for Ad Sales for the first time, you will receive an email to activate your Bionic for Ad Sales account. Click on the link located within the activation email to activate your account and set up a password. Once you activate your account and set a Password, you will be able to view the RFP that has been sent.
Use the Forgot Password Option
If you click on the link to activate your account and you receive a notice that your account is already active, you can use the Forgot Password option to sign-in. Here's how:
- If the Click Here to activate your account link takes you to the sign-in page.
- Click on the Retrieve your password here link in the activation email and follow the prompts to access your account.
