Here’s how to manage user settings to change your password, update notification preferences and allow Support access to your account in Bionic for Ad Sales.
User settings enable you to change your password and update your email notification preferences. User settings are also where you can allow Support to access your account and mute sounds in Bionic.

Access Your User Settings
Here’s how to access your user settings page:
- Click on Your Name in the Upper Right Corner.
- Click on My Settings.
Change Your Password
Here is how to update your password:
- Enter your old password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
- Click Change Password.
Update Email Notifications
Here is how to update your email notifications:
- Use the Toggle buttons to turn on/off your Email Notifications for:
- Bionic Daily - Email reminder of open RFPs and Pending Orders
- Proposals - Any new accepted and rejected proposals
- Weekly Performance Report - A weekly report on ad sales performance
- Unread Messages Reminder - Unread messages in Bionic’s messaging system
- New Message Alert - Emails you when you get a message in Bionic's messaging system while offline in Bionic
Allow Bionic Support Access
If you are experiencing any issues and need troubleshooting, our Bionic Support team may request Access to our account to diagnose the issue. Allowing access will provide Bionic Support to your user account for 24 hours. Here’s how to allow Bionic Support access when requested:
