The Usage Report includes the following details for each user:

  • Name
  • Active vs. Inactive – Users with an active login are indicated by a lighting bolt to the right of their name. Inactive users are indicated by not having a lighting bolt to the right of their name.
  • Usage by Week – Usage is shown in minutes. Usage is also heat mapped.
  • Trailing 12-Week Usage Total – This column details out the total for each user for the trailing 12 full weeks.

NOTE: Usage minutes are calculated when a user is actively doing things in the system. When a user is active, the timer starts. When a user is inactive, the timer stops. Please note due to this, the Usage Report may underreport the time you are logged in.
