It takes <1 minute to rate Bionic. All you have to do is click on a number 0-10 and (optionally) explain why you chose that number.

Here is how to rate Bionic:

Rate Bionic When Prompted

Once each quarter, Bionic will prompt you rate Bionic on the Home Screen after you have logged in. Once you rate Bionic, it won't prompt you again for 3 months.

1. On the Home Screen after logging in, you will see the prompt to rate Bionic.
2. Select how likely you would be to recommend Bionic on a scale of 0-10.
3. Tell us more to help us understand the reason for your rating.
4. Press Submit.

Rate Bionic On Demand

You don't have to wait for us to prompt you to provide your feedback. If you have anything to share, you can rate Bionic whenever you want.

1. On the Home screen, click the Change Your Rating option.
2. In the How Are We Doing screen, select your rating from 0-10.
3. Tell us more to help us understand the reason for your rating.
4. Press Submit.
