Set Vendor Metadata

Here’s how to set Vendor metadata in Bionic for Agencies.

Bionic enables you to set metadata on the Vendor level. For Vendors, metadata may represent a standardized name or ID from another platform, such as financial system or reporting tool.

To enable metadata fields on the Vendor level, you first must create a custom field.

Once you have created custom field(s) with Vendor as the Object Type, you’ll then be able to set your vendor metadata.

Here, we’ll cover how to:

  1. View Vendor Metadata
  2. Configure Metadata

View Vendor Metadata

Vendor metadata fields are shown under the Metadata section in the Overview tab of a Vendor card and in the Vendors Tab of all levels (Organization, Advertiser & Campaign).

Configure Metadata

After you have created custom field(s) for your metadata, you can configure your metadata in the Vendors Tab.

  1. In the Vendors Tab, click on the checkbox(es) next to the Vendor Name.
  2. Press Edit Metadata.
  3. Configure your Metadata.
  4. Click Save.
