Mange Your Advertiser Users

Here’s how to manage your organization's users for Bionic for Advertiser.

Bionic provides Bionic for Advertiser users with the ability to authorize budgets, view read-only media plans, pull exports, and review performance of those plans. Bionic for Advertiser users may be clients, internal finance teams, or anyone who needs to authorize budgets/review plans for your agency or in-house team.


Bionic for Advertiser users are managed from the Client Access tab available on your Administration page.

View All Bionic for Advertiser Users

Here is how to get to the Users tab to view/manage your users:

  1. Click on Your Company Name in the Upper Right Corner.
  2. Click on Administration.
  3. Click on the Client Access Tab to view your organization’s Bionic for Advertiser users.

Understand Bionic for Advertiser Users in Your Organization

All Bionic for Advertiser users that have been granted access to at least one advertiser will be listed in a table view in the Administration section of your account under the Client Access tab.

The table includes the following details for each user:

  • Name
  • User’s Bionic ID
  • Advertiser(s) they have access to
  • Access Status: Open or Revoked
  • Title
  • Company they belong to
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Who added the User
  • Date & Timestamp of user’s last login
  • Date & Timestamp of when user was created

NOTE: Clicking on a user’s Name will take you to their User Profile. Here’s how to update a User Profile: Manage Your User Profile.


The table indicates if a user is Active, Inactive or Pending using the Icons in the Name column:

Colored Logo indicates Active User

 An active user icon.

Grayed Logo indicates Inactive User

   A deactivated user icon

Hourglass indicates Pending User

NOTE: A Bionic for Advertiser user will need to be Active and have Open Access to access advertiser(s).



Sort and Filter Your Bionic for Advertiser Users

You can sort and/or filter the Table View in the Users Tab. Here’s How:

Sort Your Users

Here’s how to sort users:

  1. Click on the Header name of the Columns in the Table.

Filter Your Users

Here’s how to filter users:

  1. Click on the All Advertisers
  2. Select Advertiser(s) to filter.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Click on the All Access
  5. Select to filter by Open or Revoked
  6. Click Apply.

Search for a Bionic for Advertiser User

In addition to sorting and filtering, you can also search for a specific user using the search bar provided. The list of users will be narrowed by keywords entered.

  1. Type in the Search Bar the First and/or Last Name of a user.

Add Bionic for Advertiser User

Bionic for Agencies users can invite new Bionic for Advertiser users for access to Advertiser(s). Here is how to invite a Bionic for Advertiser user:

  1. Click Add Member.
  2. Enter Email Address.
  3. Select Advertiser to give user access to.
  4. Click Add Member.
  5. Update Contact Information.
  6. Click Add Member.

NOTE: An email invitation will be sent to the user at which point they will use the email invitation to activate the user account.

CAUTION: This will just give members access to an advertiser, in order for users of Bionic for Advertisers to view your campaigns you will need to make sure they are shown - here's how: Share Campaign with Clients.

Re-send Invitation to a Pending Bionic for Advertiser User

You can re-send an invitation to a pending user in case they have deleted or misplaced the email containing the activation link for their account. Here’s how to re-send an invitation to a pending user:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the Pending User’s name.
  2. Click Re-send Invitation.

Revoke Access for a Bionic for Advertiser User

Pending and Active users can be deactivated. Here is how to deactivate a User:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the User’s name.
  2. Click Revoke.

Re-open Access for a Bionic for Advertiser User

Bionic for Agencies users can add re-open access to revoked users. Here is how to re-open access for a Bionic for Advertiser user:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the User’s name.
  2. Click on Re-open.
