Performance data can be manually entered or updated for individual placements in Bionic. This can be useful when performance data is not available through an automated integration or when adjustments need to be made to existing performance data.

Performance data can be entered directly into Bionic or copied and pasted from another source.

Access Metric Data

Performance data for an individual placement can be accessed directly from the Media Plan.

1. Go to the Media Plan tab.
2. Find the appropriate placement and click the Placement Name in the Placement Digest.
3. Click the Metric Data tab.

The metrics displayed are based on the KPIs configured for the selected integration.

Enter Performance Data Manually

Performance data can be entered directly into the Metric Data grid. You can also update data that was previously received through an automated integration.

1. Access the Metric Data tab for the appropriate placement.
2. Find the date and metric you want to update and enter the performance value.You can also copy and paste performance data into the grid.
3. Continue entering or updating performance data as needed.
4. Press Save.

The updated performance data will be applied to the placement and used for performance reporting in Bionic.

Note: Manually updating a value that was previously loaded through an integration will change the performance data stored for that placement.

Upload Performance Data

You can also upload performance data for the placement from the Metric Data tab.

1. Access the Metric Data tab for the appropriate placement.
2. Select the appropriate Integration.
3. Press Upload Performance.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the upload.

Download Performance Data

Performance data currently associated with the placement can be downloaded from the Metric Data tab.

1. Access the Metric Data tab for the appropriate placement.
2. Press Download Performance.
3. The current performance data will be downloaded.

Refresh Performance Data

Use Refresh to reload the latest performance data available for the placement.

1. Access the Metric Data tab for the appropriate placement.
2. Press Refresh.
3. The Metric Data grid will reload with the latest available performance data.

Upload Performance Data to Campaigns

Performance data can also be uploaded from within a campaign. However, if you have 1 report that contains results that span across multiple Bionic media plans, the data will be processed to the applicable placements, regardless of the campaign you load it to.

1. From the campaign you want to load performance data for, click on the Settings tab.
2. Go to the Integrations section.
3. Next to the integration you want to upload performance results, press the Upload button.
4. Select the file to upload.
5. Press the Upload button.
6. The data may take a few minutes to process depending on the size of the file.
7. Confirm in the Load Status column that the file completed. You may need to refresh the screen to see updates to the status.
