With Bionic, presenting your Media Plan becomes effortless and efficient. Bionic allows you to export your media plan as a PowerPoint Presentation or as an Excel file.

Export a PowerPoint Presentation

Bionic provides a PowerPoint presentation that you can customize and present to your client.  The presentation includes an overview and detailed breakout of your media plan and allocations.

    Export a Media Plan in Excel

    Bionic provides a Media Plan output in Excel, of planned columns, that you can present to your client. Here's how:

    1. Press the Export link in the top right corner.
    2. Click the checkbox next to Media Plan.
    3. Press the Export button.

    NOTE: If you use a filter for your Media Plan you can select "Only Displayed Lines" to export only certain lines from a Media Plan. If you select certain lines, you can select "Selected Lines" to only export those lines. Currently, the media plan export can only export all columns.

     

    Both export formats contain planned amounts only. To see actual figures, refer to the flowchart, schedule, or performance views.
