Here is how to share campaigns with your clients
There are a number of ways you can go about sharing media plans with your clients. Ultimately, how best to do that depends on what you are trying to convey to them. It may be a dashboard, a media authorization, or flowchart. Bionic offers a number of exportable views and presentations, as well as a client portal, integration with Looker Data Studio.
Here are some ways you can share campaigns with client teams:
- Generate a Media Authorization
- Generate a PowerPoint Presentation
- Generate a Flowchart
- Share Media Plan in the Client Portal
- Share a Dashboard in Looker Data Studio
Generate a Media Authorization
Once you build out a Media Plan, it is simple to generate a Media Authorization.

Generate a PowerPoint Presentation
Once you build out a Media Plan, you can generate a PowerPoint presentation. This will provide a core file where you can apply your own design, edit, or paste data as appropriate into existing presentations or templates you may have.
- From the Campaign, click on the Export button.
- Select the PowerPoint checkbox.
- Press the Export button.
NOTE: By Default, the following PowerPoint options will be selected and checked off:
- Media Plan = Break outs of the media plan details
- Flowchart = A simple flowchart that shows programs and by dates running
- Allocations = Allocations charts of the media plan
Generate a Flowchart
As you build out placements in your Media Plan, the Flowchart tab will automatically generate a flowchart for you. You are able to customize flowchart views and export files to present to your client.

Share Media Plan in the Client Portal
Bionic offers a portal called Bionic for Advertisers that enables you to share media plans with your clients. Clients can view and approve budgets, view detailed plans, flowcharts, allocations, and performance data.
Share a Dashboard in Looker Data Studio
Bionic has an integration with Looker Data Studio (Google), that enables you to generate custom dashboards that you can use internally, or share with your clients.
