In Bionic for Ad Sales, Insertion orders will be available within your Bionic account.  If you are expecting to receive an order but it is missing in your Orders Tab, there are a few things to double check. In this article, we'll cover how to fix related to missing Insertion Orders. ### Table of Contents: 1. [Verify You're an Order Recipient](https://help.bionic-ads.com/knowledge/why-am-i-unable-to-find-an-order-in-bionic-that-was-sent-to-me#verify-recipient)  ### Check Your Filters If you are unable to find an order, it could be as simple as configuring your filters properly in the Orders Tab. Here's how to check your filters: 1. On the home page, click on the **Orders Tab**. 2. Check if you have a filter selected, if so, click on the **"x"** to remove the filter. 3. CAUTION: If a Colleague was sent the order, they are not able to add you as a recipient.
