Why am I unable to find an Order in Bionic that was sent to me?

Here's How to Fix and Find a Missing Order in Bionic for Ad Sales.

In Bionic for Ad Sales, Insertion orders will be available within your Bionic account.  If you are expecting to receive an order but it is missing in your Orders Tab, there are a few things to double check. In this article, we'll cover how to fix related to missing Insertion Orders.

Check Your Filters

If you are unable to find an order, it could be as simple as configuring your filters properly in the Orders Tab. Here's how to check your filters:

  1. On the home page, click on the Orders Tab.
  2. Check if you have a filter selected, if so, click on the "x" to remove the filter.
  3. Check if the missing Order is now listed in your Orders Tab.

If you still cannot locate the order in your Orders Tab, you will want to verify you are an Order recipient for the order. 

Verify You're an Order Recipient 

It's important to note that Orders are only viewable to the recipient(s) that it was sent to.  Unlike an RFP in Bionic for Ad Sales, users of the same Organization cannot see an order unless they are the recipient of the Order. 

If after clearing filters you still are not seeing an Order you were expecting to receive, we advise to reach out to the Agency to ensure you were added as a recipient.

CAUTION: If a Colleague was sent the order, they are not able to add you as a recipient. Only the Agency sending the Order can add recipients.
