If an Insertion Order is missing from your **Orders** tab in Bionic for Ad Sales, the two most common causes are active filters hiding the order or not being added as a recipient by the sending agency. This article covers how to resolve issues related to missing Insertion Orders. ### Table of Contents: 1. [Verify You're an Order Recipient](https://help.bionic-ads.com/knowledge/why-am-i-unable-to-find-an-order-in-bionic-that-was-sent-to-me#verify-recipient) ### Check Your Filters If you are unable to find an order, it could be as simple as configuring your filters properly in the Orders Tab. Here's how to check your filters: 1. On the home page, click on the **Orders Tab**. 2. Check if you have a filter selected, if so, click on the **"x"** to remove the filter. 3. CAUTION: If a Colleague was sent the order, they are not able to add you as a recipient.
