Here's How to Review Your Advertisers (Clients) in Bionic for Agencies.

Bionic allows for you to easily set up, find, manage and track your Advertisers (Clients) for quick access, reporting and tracking statuses and information.

In this article, we'll cover:

  1. View Your Advertisers

View Your Advertisers

The Advertisers view provides a listing of your advertisers.

Here's how to get to the Advertisers view:

  1. On the Home screen, Click on the Advertisers Tab.

Here is an explanation of the Columns presented in the Advertisers View:

  • Advertiser Name - Name of the Advertiser.
  • Bionic ID - The unique ID number given by Bionic.
  • Logo - Advertiser Logo.
  • Parent Advertiser - The Parent Advertiser of a Sub-Advertiser (if applicable).
  • Campaigns - The number of campaigns within an Advertiser.
  • Website - The Website of the Advertiser.
  • Security - Displays if the Advertiser is Open/Restricted (Lock Icon). Learn more here: Secure Advertiser Access.
  • Main Advertiser Contact - The Main Advertiser Contact will be listed here if provided.
  • Main Buyer Contact - The Main Buyer Contact will be listed here if provided.
  • Custom Columns - Custom Fields with the Advertiser as the Object Type will be listed.
  • Created - Date & Time when Advertiser was created.
  • Created By - The name of the planner that created the Advertiser.
  • Updated - Date & Time when the Advertiser was last updated.
  • Updated By -  The name of the planner that last updated the Advertiser.
  • Last Viewed - Date & Time when the Advertiser was last accessed.

Filter Your Advertisers

You are able to filter down your Advertisers list by using the Search box or by Filtering by Advertisers you're following.

Here's how to filter using the search box:

  1. In the search box, enter the full or partial name of the Advertiser.

The view will automatically filter as you type.

Access Advertiser Information

From this view, you can access the Advertiser's campaign(s) and information. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Advertiser Name you wish to access.

Follow an Advertiser

The ability to Follow and Unfollow Advertisers allows you to categorize which Advertisers are relevant to you and which are not. You may change your preferences any time as your needs change. Here's how to follow an advertiser:

  1. Click on the Checkbox next to the Advertiser(s) you wish to follow (or unfollow).
  2. Click the Follow Button (or Unfollow if you wish to unfollow an Advertiser).

TIP: You can filter your Advertisers view by Advertisers you're following.

NOTE: You can also Follow an advertiser from the Overview Tab in an Advertiser.
