Bionic allows for you to easily set up, find, manage and track your Campaigns for quick access, reporting and obtaining statuses and information.

In this article, we'll cover:

View Your Campaigns

The Campaigns view provides a listing of your campaigns.

Here's how to get to the Campaigns view:

TIP: To see Campaigns for only a specific Advertiser, view the Campaigns Tab from within an Advertiser.

  1. On the Home screen, Click on the Campaigns Tab.

Here is an explanation of the columns presented in the Campaigns View:

  • Campaign Name - Name of the Campaign.
  • Bionic ID - The unique ID number given by Bionic.
  • Image - Associated Campaign Image.
  • Advertiser - Advertiser of a Campaign.
  • Client Access - Indicates if Client Access is Showing or Hiding a campaign for Client Team.
  • Start Date - The Start Date of the Campaign.
  • End Date - The End Date of the Campaign.
  • Budget - The Campaign's budget.
  • Pending Approval - Amount of budget pending approval.
  • Approved - Amount of budget approved.
  • Planned - Planned spend based on the campaign's Media Plan.
  • % Planned - Percent of overall budget planned.
  • DEI - DEI allocations.
  • RFPs - RFPs associated with the campaign.
  • Proposals - Proposals associated with the campaign.
  • Tasks - Pending Tasks associated with the campaign.
  • Custom Columns - Custom Fields with the Campaign as the Object Type will be listed.
  • Created - Date & Time when Campaign was created.
  • Created By - The name of the planner that created the Campaign.
  • Updated - Date & Time when the Campaign was last updated.
  • Updated By -  The name of the planner that last updated the Campaign.
  • Last Viewed - Date & Time when the Campaign was last accessed.

Filter Your Advertisers

You are able to filter down your Campaigns list by using the search box or by [Filtering by Campaigns you're following]:

Here's how to filter using the search box:

  1. In the search box, enter the full or partial name of the Campaign.
  2. The view will automatically filter as you type.

Access Campaign Information

From this view, you can access a Campaign and it's information. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Campaign Name you wish to access.

Follow a Campaign

The ability to Follow and Unfollow Campaigns allows you to categorize which Campaigns are relevant to you and which are not. You may change your preferences any time as your needs evolve. Here's how to follow a Campaign:

  1. Click on the Checkbox next to the Campaign(s) you wish to follow (or unfollow).
  2. Click the Follow Button (or Unfollow if you wish to unfollow a Campaign).

TIP: You can filter your Campaigns view by Campaigns you're following.

NOTE: You can also Follow a Campaign from the Overview Tab in a Campaign.
