Check Your Placement Channel Selections

If you export the DCM export and the file is blank, the first thing to do is to check your channel selection. Please note, if you have any channel selected in your media plan that is not listed below, that will result in a blank export or missing placements. Only placements with the following channels can be exported:

  • Audio
  • E-Newsletter
  • Native
  • Online Display
  • Search
  • Social
  • Video
  • Mobile Display
  • SMS

Here's how to double check your channel selection:

  1. Go to your Media Plan.
  2. Check the channel selection of your placements and make any appropriate adjustments.
  3. After making any adjustments, re-export the file to see if the expected data is now present in the file.
