Here is an explanation of how to manage various aspects of your account for Bionic for Agencies.

Whether you are setting up Tasks for your organization, building Custom Fields, adding new Tracking URL patterns, or adding a new Integration, all of this can be managed and organized at in the Administration section of your account.

Note you must be an Admin of the account to have full edit access in some of the tabs in the Administration section.

Manage Your User Settings

Update your password and email notifications in your user settings. In times of troubleshooting, you can also provide Bionic support access to your account to diagnose a problem.

Add a profile picture and update your contact information in your user profile settings.

Manage Your Organization Profile

Add a company logo to be included in any exported files and update your organization's information. Set defaulted Gross to Net Discounts and Order settings.

All of your organization's licensed users are listed here. Add, reactivate or deactivate users for your organization.

Provide clients, internal finance teams or whoever necessary read only access to Bionic here. Once an advertiser user is added you can always revoke and re-open their access as you see fit.

Manage Custom Cost Columns

Setup your Costs which can then be used to set up itemized costs on the advertiser or campaign level. These costs will also be able to be customized on individual line items.
